Where is my invoice located?

To access and print your invoice, click the green “Download Invoice” button located in your delivery email.


How do I check on the status of my order?

Any of our representatives can provide an update on your order during our normal business hours (7:30am-5:30pm PST). Please contact us via our toll-free phone number 1.855.809.1227 or via email at updates@documentsdelivered.com. Any inquiries received outside of our normal business hours will addressed the following business day.

Why have I received my order delivery email but cannot view my documents?

Most likely, you do not have the appropriate software installed for viewing PDF files. All documents are delivered in secure PDF format, and Adobe Reader is required to open a PDF file. Adobe Reader can be downloaded at no charge via the Adobe website: adobe.com/products/reader.

Why am I not receiving confirmation, update or delivery emails from Documents Delivered?

There are many possible explanations as to why you are not receiving emails from Documents Delivered. Our emails may be mistakenly directed to your spam folder or a firewall is preventing our emails from being delivered. In either case, the best solution is for you to contact your IT department to resolve this issue.

Why am I receiving a message that my document has already been downloaded?

If you’re seeing the message shown above, your document has already been accessed. If you have not yet accessed your document and believe you are seeing this message in error, please contact us immediately.
